[apple-iphone] Contacts Google - iPhone

I am using Google Sync and I have just realized that a Contact that I entered in my Goggle Contacts is not showing up on my iPhone. Perhaps my phone settings are incorrect?

What should I be looking for to check if the settings are correct?
