Your contacts should sync through MobileMe if you've selected that item in your syncing preferences. I hope that helps!

If it shows up in iPhone and Address Book, it should be on mobileme
as well. Do you sync your iPhone contacts through iTunes or do you
sync with mobile me directly?
If you are syncing with Address Book through iTunes then the problem
may be in your Preferences file. Open up System Preferences and see
if sync with mobileme is selected.
