No case, but it always has a screen protector. Keep it in my pocket
with keys, change, etc. The back has tiny scratches all over it. The
screen is perfect thanks to continuous use of screen protector. I
replace the screen protector every few months. I had a rubberized
glove for it, but the glove made it thicker and heavier and it caught
on the fabric of my pocket and turned the pocket inside out whenever I
pulled out the iPhone. So now no case.

However, I have not yet dropped the phone.
