Yes. I've thousands of photos. Over a thousand podcasts, another three thousand songs, hundreds of apps. Only two movies, some video podcasts. A dozen email accounts, all full.
I just always expect it to take awhile and am relieved when it's done.

Yeah, backing up takes forever for me too. I've been told it's because of
all the pics I have. Is there any way to unload the pics from an iPhone,
do the update, and then reload 'em?
