Dear professional brothers,
As now known to every one various forms under CST Act can be obtained by online internt application. Also the S.T. Dept has stopped issuing forms for periods prior to 1-4-06 on internet and also at their offices. However there are some dealers who wants to issue forms for period prior to 31-3-06and they can't get forms.
Is it legal for Dept to stop issuing forms?
Can any one guide me as to how forms can be obtained?
what is the remedy if forms can't be obtained?
