[aurangabad_ca] society registration
dear friends
my query is a building in which there are 4 floors. out of which 2floors are old. 2 flrs constructed new. on 1st 2flrs there are 10 flats on each flor. but on new 2 flr each flor has 2 flats. now my query is new 2 flor want to register the society with only 4 flats i.e. 3rd & 4th floor. Can they register the society. if yes then how. & also for 3rd & 4th flr thay have every thing seperate i.e. lift, water etc.
