[apple-iphone] necessary iPhone app
I was watching Geek Brief with Cali Lewis and she recommended an app that I immediately downloaded. I think it should be on every ATT iPhone - it is called Mark The Spot. It lets you send a message directly to ATT if you have:
Dropped Call
Failed Call Attempt
No Coverage
Data Failure
Poor Voice Quality
with the choice of
Once
Seldom
Often
Always
I guess not too many people might have these problems ;-} but it might be good for some of you - I know it will be for me.
I just got a message from ATT:
Thank you for reporting your issue. This will be extremely valuable as we continue to enhance our network and improve your experience.
At least I was able to do something!!
