[apple-iphone] I update 3.1.2 to 3.1.3 got a problem

Hi all
        I have 3g iPhone in 3.1.2 version its work properly then I update its to version 3.1.3 now phone is working properly but the sim signals not working I mean the phone signal gone .. any one have solution please reply
