ATT already requires a data plan, you can not cancel the data plan without paying the $160 ETF. A 4GS iphone will not be ready unit ATT has rolled out LTE System and it appears to be at least a year off.
Apple may release a new update OS 4.0 to compete with Android, Web OS and WinMob 7. The worry is how many App will be busted
