Dear Friend,

Please note that a CA can appear only in cases of Direct and indirect Law related cases. He can appear only before the appellate created under the respective law. He can not appear in any other courts or corporation/ water tax etc.
Even though a CA has qualification and knowledge on Companies Act he can not appear in High court for merger or winding up of companies.
Please do not compare the two profession.

Further a CA is bound by any certificate he gives till the end, and is subject to professional ethics controlled by the CA institute.

CA membership fee has gone up from mere 60.00 per annum to 1600 now.   Then why not the exemption u/s 44AB be increased.
