Sid - it is two fold a TRUE Restore and set up as a NEW device (best option,
will result in best performance) yes you will lose all of that as well as
any stored text, unsynced photos, etc. If you Restore as a new device then
Restore your latest backup hoping that the problem is not in your backed up
settings - all of that info will come back with your Backed Up but that
means that any problems you might have might also be restored.
