I attempted to verify if that's the same case as mine but all of a sudden, my iPhone does not appear on the Windows Explorer. It used to happen a lot of times before but I did not bother since it reappears when I unplug and replug my USB cable. But now, NO! It never appears... Sigh.
Anyone has any idea why this happens?
By the way, on your case, maybe you just need to use other media importing software. It won't make a difference what software you use as long as it imports. I hope you finally have success.

Archie, opened iPhone as a drive, the pixs and videos were listed. however, copy-paste would not work. any other suggestion?
