I don't want to open a large bag of worms, but the Touch with a mobile
from like Tracfone can be nearly the best of all world for those on a
budget.
Depending on phone minutes used yearly cost can run less than $150 the
first year for 1000 minutes, to $250 for 3000 minutes. Text msgs count
as 1/2 minute.
