I just bought one yesterday. Mine was charged but just a little. I'm charging it now to make sure it's okay.

Hi all I finally gave up on the couple of cheaper options I bought and
ordered the morphie juice pack. I am concerned though, when it came
the paperwork said it was charged and ready to go. However it
wasn't. I am concerned that maybe it's defective?
Any one else experience this?
