This might've changed with 10.6, but click the AirPort icon in the top menu
bar, then Create Network. If you don't have the icon, System Preferences >
Network > AirPort > Show AirPort status in menu bar.
I *think* you will also need to enable System Preferences > Sharing >
Internet Sharing. You'll need to be connected via ethernet cable to share
via AirPort, and vice versa.
