Pocket Informant is a calendar and has tasks capability, and syncs to toodledo and google. I use it to remind me when to take medicines. Alarms can be programmed from a day to a minute ahead of what's needed and there are repeat alarms as well for the same task. Tasks that need to be repeated can be configured as well. I really like PI as a calendar and task manager.
