Dear Shitalji & All   As learnt from ROC office, Pending for action suggests that the said for has not been alloted for action by concerned ROC staff. Computer system itself allots all forms filed to concerned officer in respective office.   Due to system problems it is taking so much time for processing all forms filed. I have been informed that no one can do anything with this situation and work will be completed on FIFO basis low system speed will affect disposal of all such filings.   I have filed Incorporation documents on 22/3 and is still pending for action.
