[aurangabad_ca] MOU or Foreign Collabration Agreement - Draft Copy require
Good Morning Members,
One of my client is going for JV with foreign companies and the foreign company will provide technical support as well as pre-operative expenses and my client will export the produced goods and sale them to foreign companies distributors in Asian countries.
So friends, if anybody have this kind of MOU or agreement than pl forward a draft copy & also what are the laws affect while incorporating this new JV.
