I would like to confirm that:
an assessee who is owner of a building with tenants, when sells the same:
a. can buy another building with tenants as well as invest in bonds to save LTCG tax
or
b. he can buy an ownership flat but need not stay in the same to claim exemption for LTCG and can invest in bonds also.
