I am getting my calendars in a real mess and wonder if anyone can provide a simple guide advising how to do this best.

I am using iCal on my Mac and Calendar on the iPhone using MobileMe to sync. No problems there but my secretary wants to see my calendar so I use Google Calendar. I set up calDAV on iCal and can see the Google Events. I unchecked the local calendars from iCal so now MobileMe calendar is blank and I can't sync the Google events to Calendar on the iPhone.

So I installed Pocket Informant on the iPhone and I guess I need BusyCal on the Mac to get Google Calendar and MobileMe to see each other?

Or am I just making this more complex than it need be??

I'd love to hear from anyone who is using OSX, Google Calendar with an iPhone to hear how it should be done!
