Okay, well, it seems over the weekend Google may have resolved some of
their sync issues because I am now able to see changes made to phone
numbers on my iPhone contacts reflected onto my online Google Contacts.
Unfortunately, these changes still do not automatically sync and show up
on Google Contacts unless I reload the contact page when I am online
with Google Contacts.

Here is something else that I am noticing. If I delete a contact on my
iPhone, it no longer appears under My Contacts on my online Google
Contacts but is now moved to "Other Contacts", is that normal procedure?
