first of all, you should change one your itunes hec file so that your phone
wouldn't ask that you use different libraries. Second, I would use Google sync
for all contacts and emails etc so they are always in sync. Lastly, all you need
to do is to keep your pictures up to date between your pc's. For that I would
use one of the online picture services such as photobucket.

you can sync the photoes, apps, videos to your iPhone via itunes, there are no
problem.
