I have about as much reason to believe it won't on schedule as you have to believe it will. Likely, but not fact. The article makes it seem like a fact, which it is not.

Jobs likes to be unpredictable, and It seems like he has changed up the regular schedule.

Too Many Rings to Voicemail

How do I adjust the amount of times the phone rings before my voicemail picks up? I was told my phone rings 8 times before someone can leave me a message. I would like to adjust it to 4 rings, but how?
Thank you,
Susan

If you will type iPhone ring time before voicemail, you will get several
sites that give full instructions.
