The battery is fine. I think alot of the complaints stem from using the phone for so many different things. I can use 2+ full charges in one day or it can last 3 days on one charge depending on use. If you are a heavy user get an external battery. I have a power monkey (dongle) and a juice pack air. They both are great depending on preference
