I don't cook by meals necessarily ( I should do better) but I like the idea of a Pantry Database. Simply checking off what I've used up and have that create a grocery list would help tremendously.

Don't know if there is such an app, but I would be interested in one. I guess I need to go app shopping LOL.

Is there an app that will allow me to write out my weekly meals, and then check it against a Pantry Database that "I" would fill and then tell me what I need to buy? OK, now all you people out there that don't shop with a meal based list, stop laughing *GGG*

I would like the app to have a pantry, where I can inventory my own cupboards, then I can write out my recipe's and then say I needed "Fennel Seed" for a dish, the app would search the pantry and advise that I do not have "Fennel Seed" would I like to add it to my "Shopping List"

If this app doesn't exist doesn't it sound like a good one? Ladies???
