Re: [apple-iphone] Mobile Apple Site

No, there is not a "mobile" version of any Apple site but that is by design.

While I understand it is incredibly slow on EDGE it was designed for 3G or
WiFi viewing. Their site fully works on the iPhone/iPad platform / Mobile
Safari. Steve J has said many times that "mobile" or "lite" versions of web
sites "suck" and that 'good' web sites are coded so that they can be viewed
in their entity on powerful mobile devices which was the driving force
behind pinch/zoom/multitouch - I actually just re-watched the original
iPhone announcement from 2007 and he couldn't have been more clear that he
wanted to lead the revolution to bring the full web experience to mobile
devices.
