Hi Jan,

I download two 45-minute video podcasts every day. It takes roughly 3 to 5 minutes to download each of them. I subscribe to these podcasts, so sometimes they're already downloaded when I go to iTunes in the morning. I've never downloaded a full-length movie, so I can't answer that part of your question. The hour-long audio podcasts I listen to only take a couple of minutes to download.

I know it depends on your computer.
However would someone give me a guesstimate
