Get another earphones... Philips and Sennheiser got some nice earphones that can fit your ears.

The headphones I have got with iPhone 3GS doesn't fit my ears properly and just keeps falling out. It doesn't have any silicon rubber as in other earplugs. Is it just me or other face this too. Can I do something to have a better listen experience?
