You are trying to put in something w/the wrong extension I'm sure. This article tells you how to convert to another extension. It is also an article on how to make ANY snippet of a song into a ring tone (sort of a large pain if you ask me, but if you wanted to - you can).

I dragged an AAC file onto the iphone ringer pane, and nothing happens. Is there an integral thing I'm not doing correctly.
